Daysha has struggled for years to choose the right type of friends to have in her circle. And after meeting a psychic who warned her of rising jealousy in one of her relationships, she decided to utilize meditation to help her gain more insight into her mind and the state of her relationships.
In this episode, she offers up her own personal experience with meditation and how it can be an amazing tool to help those struggling with negative self-talk, low self-confidence and those who struggle to trust their inner wisdom.
