So I liiiiiiive for being thick (cue the shower of peach emojis), but I hated being unfit. And I also continually hate how we live in a world where everyone thinks they know what a healthy body looks like. In May of 2017, did a 30-day challenge with Fitness Genes to help me get my life right, and it has truly changed me from the inside out.
