So I liiiiiiive for being thick (cue the shower of peach emojis), but I hated being unfit. And I also continually hate how we live in a world where everyone thinks they know what a healthy body looks like. In May of 2017, did a 30-day challenge with Fitness Genes to help me get my life right, and it has truly changed me from the inside out. So I'm out here reppin' hard for my ladies of team #ThickGirlNation to show what being thick and healthy looks like, and to share everything I'm learning as I'm continuing to get my life right!

For many years Daysha had struggled with maintaining her weight at a place where she felt most comfortable. But what was even more frustrating was the fact that she exercised regularly, and went out of her way to eat “healthy” foods. But after starting a new fitness program, and learning more about what it meant to eat healthy, she learned that there were many “healthy” foods that were actually negatively impacting her results.
